At Titus, our mission is to lead the selective development and supply of precision-engineered furniture connectors, in high volumes. To do this we provide our customers with products and services that improve productivity and quality while reducing manufacturing and assembly costs.
We are proud to be a niche business, working for a very specific sector that we understand like no other. Our team continually strive to gain total knowledge of developments and changes within the markets we serve so that we can identify and fulfil needs.

The history of Titus
Founded in 1973, Titus began with the innovation of a single screw that offered greater grip than alternative products on the market. From day one, we believed in creating specific products, for a specific purpose and even this single screw found a niche application in fastening bookcases.
Throughout the two decades that followed, Titus moved with the evolution of furniture manufacturing and the boom of particle board productivity, bringing to market concealed cabinet connectors and our Quickfit technology.
The turn of the century brought further product launches, all specific, all with purpose, and the first of two acquisitions. By 2007, Titus had emerged as specialists in precision components’ engineering.
Another acquisition in 2014 preceded the launch of the T-type full hinge programme in 2017. In 2019, Titus launched the TeraBlack product range, which includes new versions of popular products in a dark-grey non-reflective finish that is highly resistant to abrasion and scratching.
